I found Mike Erdman through a search while looking for a mobiity van. I had an accident that totaled my van, so I was anxios to replace it. I had the good fortune to speak with Jason McCutcheon. He proceeded to tell me about the vehicles he had in stock. He even drove a van to Fort Lauderdale for me to view. I did end up purchasing that van. My exoerience with Mike Erdman was great. However, Jason was awesome! I would highly recommend Mike Erdman to anyone looking for a vehicle, of any type, and would specifically refer them to Jason McCutcheon. Well I am sure anyone out there that loves there car, or truck,etc. Will appreciate and understand where I'm coming from. My name Robert and I have used Mike Erdman Toyota once before years ago and the service manager treated me well considering its was my error in judgement that made the problem. So I am a mechanic by trade but a bad accident and old age, left me unable to preform these tasks. Thank God I remembered Mike Erdman who was so kind to me, there is a gentlemen name Khalid Lopez not only made me fill at home he was with the up most in professional curtosy, I felt at ease and he was polite and let me explain and kinda vent because I just spent alot some where else won't mentioned. Mr. Lopez assured me his top tech CHAD I apologize Chad I don't remember your last name,but ask Mr Lopez when you go in and he will help you np. Anyhow he gave my Betsey to Chad the tech and what a wonderful kind and intelligent person he was I can go on for days raving about all the great things they did. I was driving from PA when I hit a large object on I-95. I was really worried we would not be able to continue our trip. But this dealer shop really took care of us. Promptly took our car for a quick evaluation, even though we did not have an appointment, and made the emergency repairs so we can continue our journey. We were done in less than an hour. Special thanks to Alan Piter who treated us with respect and empathy. I could not hope for more!

Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Impossible to put into words how helpful, patient and kind she was with me. This was my first (and hopefully, only) time buying a mobility vehicle. She helped guide me to something that will fit my mom's current needs that was well within my price range. She took a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable with operation of the equipment when I picked up the vehicle. She did volunteer to bring it to me but I felt like I had already taken up way too much of her time. I just have to share how amazing Stephanie is! She assisted me when I had no transportation to a medical procedure. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She in no way had to come and get me but she took time out of her day to assist me! She will stand with and support her customers no matter what.
